1) Controller & Contact

The controller responsible for data processing is Piyush Chaudhari (myShift App). If you have questions, contact us at support@myshifts.app.

2) Data Collection & Purpose

We process your data only to ensure the functionality of the app and fulfill our contractual obligations. If you contact us via email, your request will be processed in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If the inquiry is related to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. Your data will be deleted once your request has been fully processed unless legal storage obligations require otherwise.

3) Data Processing for Purchases

myShift uses Google Play Billing for subscriptions and purchases. Payments are processed through your Google account. For in-app purchases, we integrate RevenueCat, a service by RevenueCat Inc., 300 Euclid Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94118, USA. RevenueCat only processes necessary purchase and subscription data. 4) Crash Reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

To improve app stability, we use Firebase Crashlytics (Google Ireland Ltd.). Anonymous crash data (device type, OS, error logs) may be sent upon your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time in the app settings. More info: Firebase Privacy Policy.

5) Rights of the Data Subject

5.1 The applicable data protection law grants you comprehensive rights regarding your personal data, including:

IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP THE PROCESSING OF THE DATA INVOLVED. HOWEVER, FURTHER PROCESSING REMAINS RESERVED IF WE CAN PROVE COMPREHENSIVE REASONS FOR PROCESSING THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING IS FOR THE ASSERTION, EXERCISE OR DEFENSE OF LEGAL CLAIMS.
